First Timer Session
Nearly 22% of SOCAP conference attendees are first-time attendees. It’s your chance to make a great first impression! You will be introduced and thanked by the emcee as the session sponsor. You will have the opportunity to share a few sentences with the attendees as you also welcome them to Re-imagine 2018. You will also have the opportunity to place collateral on the tables.
Chapter Leadership Meeting
Get in front of SOCAP decision makers. SOCAP chapter leaders generally hold upper management and/or decision making roles in their organization. You will be introduced and thanked by the emcee for sponsoring the session. During this time, you will have a short moment to share a few lines with the attendees as a welcome. You may also place literature on the table.
The Re-imagine event Wi-Fi network will use your company’s name as the password.
Monday Room Drop
You can sponsor a special gift that will be greeting the attendees when they return to their rooms, creating a lasting memory. You select and purchase the item(s), your sponsorship covers the delivery.
SOCAP International limits the amount of paper used at its conferences with the exception of a few vital pieces of literature. One of these pieces is a handy detailed agenda that slips into the name badge. Sponsoring the pocket guide, your company’s logo will be featured on the publication. Best of all, every attendee will receive one.
Available Tuesday, this opportunity is a perfect chance to have a guaranteed speaking spot with all the attendees. Our breakfasts are well attended with over 90% of attendees.
